As a Clinic Assistant, I enjoy supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and helping them feel more confident in their recovery. I understand that healing can be a long process, but with patience, consistency, and encouragement, every step forward is meaningful.

With my Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, I have developed a strong understanding of human movement, exercise, anatomy, and physiology, which has prepared me to support patients through their rehabilitation programs. I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and motivated throughout their recovery, and what I find most rewarding is seeing them regain their strength, confidence, and ability to return to the activities they enjoy.
