George Mallouros

Rehab Coordinator
“Our patients make better progress when they know they’re being looked after by people who have their back.”

If there’s one thing everyone in the world has in common, it’s the experience of watching your body go through change. Whether it be thanks to chronic pain, injury, or the day-to-day wear and tear we all experience, we all know how important it is to focus on feeling better in our physical bodies. It’s that shared experience that drove me into this profession.

I’ve been a Rehab Coordinator with Access Rehab since we first opened our doors 15 years ago. But no matter how much the clinic has changed, one thing remains the same: the personal connection we share with our patients. It’s not uncommon to overhear a heartfelt conversation between a patient and I, some of whom I’ve known for more than 10 years.

When you walk into my office or sit down for a phone consultation with me, we won’t just talk about your injuries or health concerns. We’ll talk about your life, your job, and what gets you out of bed in the morning. And it’s not just because I’m a people person. It’s because our patients make better progress when they know they’re being looked after by people who have their back.

When I’m not helping to coordinate patient care, you can often find me lending a hand to our team of practitioners or brushing up on my knowledge of our state-of-the-art equipment so that I’m up to date on the best way to serve our patients.
